Prices are subject to change to reflect the accurate cost of the products sold by Fluffs’ Intimates. Prices are subject to change at any time without notification. It includes and is not limited to discount charges, clearance or final sales. 

Purchases Terms

All purchases are final. The order will be processed and shipped to you. You must make full payment on all product(s) before they are shipped. You are eligible to exchange an item only if it is not yet shipped. Your purchases are operating through an online and automated billing system.

Returns

The sensitivity of the items sold by Fluffs’ Intimates would not allow for returns. A replacement would be granted on a case by case basis after careful review. There are no guarantees that your item will be getting replaced. Please, make every effort to review your order before purchasing.

No Refund/No Exchange

There is a no exchange/refund policy by Fluffs’ Intimates. The sensitivity of the items sold by Fluffs’ Intimates would not allow for refunds or exchanges. Please, make every effort to review your order before purchasing. Fluffs’ Intimates’ will be giving a refund if the item is out of stock. 

Cancellations

There is a cancellation clause by Fluffs’ Intimates. Once your item is not yet shipped, you may cancel the item if needed. Cancellations are unable to process once item(s) have already shipped.

Security

No external parties will receive your information. Fluffs’ Intimates, SME Market Place in association with Next Step Digital Solutions (NSDS) and the Jamaica Small Business Group (JSBG), understands the sensitivity and will be handling your content with care. 

Third-Party User

No unauthorised personnel will have access to your information. The SME Market Place, Next Step Digital Solutions (NSDS) and the Jamaica Small Business Group (JSBG) is responsible for maintaining the platform. As such, not all changes and statements released by SME Market Place in association with Next Step Digital Solutions (NSDS) and the Jamaica Small Business Group (JSBG) will 100% reflect Fluffs’ Intimates.

Dispute Resolution 

If a dispute arises between customer and business, this dispute must recover in ten (10) business days. Any dispute that prolongs this timeframe must seek mediation.

Limited Liability 

Fluffs’ Intimates is not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use, inability to use or reliance upon the website or the use of its products. In no event will Fluffs’ Intimates be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damages or reliance in connection with the products, the website or the online store.

Indemnity

• Everything on the website is on an in-stock or pre-order basis.
• Pre-order item(s) takes an average of two (2) business weeks to get here. It may take longer during peak holidays or hurricane seasons.
• Items on the website aren’t true to size. The enlarging of the pictures improves the ability to show details of all products.
• Fluffs’ Intimates does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the application or use of any product; details and ingredients are on each product.
• Specification and particulars concerning the products referred to on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
