Follow these three easy steps to place an order:
- Locate the product you wish to purchase.
- Click the add to cart button.
- Click the checkout button to proceed to our secure payment facility.
Vendors provide support to buyers through the get support button on the product page.Â
If you cannot find this button and you would like to contact the vendor kindly refer to the vendor contact information below the product you desire to purchase from that vendor.
If you are unsuccessful in getting a reply to your question from that Vendor you can email SME Marketplace at [insert support email here] so we can get in contact with the vendor for you.
Ensure to make ‘Product Enquiry‘ as the subject of your email . In the body of your email please provide your full name , the name of the Vendor and the product you are making an enquiry about. After which you can type the label ‘Question- ‘and place your enquiry there.
As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email, and payment details. However, this information collected is used only for the sole purpose of completing your sales transactions and getting your purchases to you in a timely manner.Â

Although we encourage careful selection, there may be a moment where you feel the need to return a purchase. This can be done within 10 days by simply paying the cost of return postage and contacting us so that we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.
Please note that all items must be returned in original condition and be able to be resold. This is not applicable if the item is deemed as faulty.
Items that are non-refundable include:
- Personalised products.
- Made-to-order furniture.
- Underwear.
- Earrings for pierced ears.
- Food items.
- Swimwear.

Oh dear we do apologize for this inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to get this matter sorted as soon as possible.
- Email us at support@smemarketplace.com with ‘Faulty Product‘ as the subject of the email.
- Ensure that you provide your name and order details in the body of the email.
- Also a short video or picture showing the fault .
Once you send the email a representative from SME Marketplace will contact the vendor you purchased the item from so that the item can be replaced.
SME Marketplace is strictly online and as such all items purchased on our site are shipped directly from our vendors to you. Since, 99% of our vendors are based in Jamaica, we have our focus on the most common postal companies within the country.

Vendor Questions
We’re currently not working with businesses outside of Jamaica.
However, as SME Marketplace continues to grow, we have future plans to expand our community to include international sellers.
